Finding into death of Jennifer Anne Capes

Jennifer Capes, a 50-year-old resident in a community care unit with complex mental health and physical health needs, was found unresponsive at 6am and pronounced deceased following unsuccessful resuscitation. She had metastatic Stage 4 ovarian cancer, chronic obstructive airways disease with Type 2 respiratory failure, and congestive cardiac failure. Her last chemotherapy was one week prior to death. The coroner found the cause of death was unascertained but attributed to a combination of her various illnesses.
